Thar She Blows Prune Kuchen

From SEVEN SEA STREET INN
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then again for 30 minutes.

Crust:
1 cup Flour
2 tablespoons granulated Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup softened Butter

Filling:
2 cups pitted Prunes
½ cup granulated Sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Egg Yolks
1 cup Sour Cream

Combine Crust Ingredients into pastry. Place pasty dough into greased Spring Pan.
Pat evenly one inch up sides and entire bottom to make crust.
Place Prunes on Pastry Crust.
Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Sugar.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Lightly beat Egg Yolks and mix with Sour Cream.
Pour Over Prunes
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool.
