Baked Apples with Granola Filling

Ingredients:
4 baking apples
granola mix
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 honey
vanilla yogurt

Directions:
Wash and core apples. Cut a think slice around the top of the apple. Place apples in a baking dish. Fill the cored out section with granola until piled above the apple. Pour the orange juice around the apples in dish, drizzle the honey over the granola. Bake at 350 degrees basting often for about 30 minutes. Serve topped with vanilla yogurt.
