Rocking Horse Inn Irresistible Chocolate Chippers

Directions
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick oleo
1/2 cup quick oats
6 oz chocolate chips
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
Beat sugars, oleo, peanut butter, vanilla and egg until creamy. Mix flour, oats and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for about 10 minutes.
