This recipe can be easily customized to accommodate whatever combination of nuts you have on hand. Cashews, peanuts, almonds...all wonderful!
Take three cups of your favorite nuts, preheat the oven to 350 degrees, then grab the rest of your ingredients.
In a big bowl, use a whisk to whip up the egg white to a frothy mess. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and cayenne to mix up. Toss in the nuts and cranberries, stir to coat.
Pour the mix onto a cookie sheet, pop in the oven for 10 minutes, then fold them over a bit, continue baking for another 10 minutes. Let everything cool down, then store in airtight containers until you're ready to share. Which might be never.
