2 tbs of mixed herbs from the garden (I use a mix of lemon grass and basil)
1 clove garlic
1 - 8oz package cream cheese
1/4 - 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (I use leftover cheddar and/or smoked cheese)
1 tbs red wine or tarragon vinegar
Mince herbs and garlic in a food processor (I use an Oskar). Add cream cheese, other cheese and vinegar; process until well mixed. Refrigerate at least for several hours to let the flavors blend. Serve with crackers or bagel crisps.
