5 cups uncooked old-fashioned oatmeal
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup raw sesame seeds
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup sliced almonds
2 tsps cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins or any dried fruit
Heat liquids together slightly. Pour over dry oatmeal mixture (except fruit) and mix well. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes at a time for 5 times (50 minutes). Stir thoroughly between each 10 minute baking time. Remove from oven and add raisins or other dried fruit. Store in airtight container.
