Beat all for 10 minutes. Pour into greased dish (two 6x9 or one 9x13) or three 8 inch round pans. Mix 2 tsp. cocoa, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 cup sugar. (Nuts or raisins if desired). Sprinkle over batter and marbleize through with a fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes (glass) or hotter for cake pans. Cake has a tendency to fall as it cools.
Freezes well.
