(Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees)
Crust:
In a 9” Pie Plate Toss Hash Browns With Melted Butter and Press Them Into The
Bottom & Sides of Pie Plate To Form A Crust. Bake For 20-25 Minutes until Golden
Brown and Crispy.
Mix Together:
While the crust is baking, mix together the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
When the crust is brown, pour in the filling mixture and return it to the oven for 30 more
minutes. Re-set oven to 350 degrees until quiche is golden-brown on top.
Serve with Salsa or Sour Cream
