Spray custard cup with Pam. Line cup with sugar cured ham then break one egg into cup being careful not to break yolk. Add a splash of milk then top with a pat of butter, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and place a thin slice of Harvarti cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until egg is firm to the touch. Remove egg from cup and place on a bed of alfalfa sprouts and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs then serve.
