1 Cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 stick unsalted butter
1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Sift flour and salt. Cut butter into flour. Add cream cheese.
Mix until dough holds together-Do not over mix.
Roll on flour surface. Cut 1/2" rounds.
Bake until pale brown-about 20 minutes.
