Boil first four ingredients for 3 minutes on low heat. Add margarine; cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate overnight, or at least five hours. Drop by spoonful on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes or until brown.
