1 Puff pastry sheet – let it sit at room temperature while preparing filling 1 10oz. Package of fresh spinach 4 cups of sliced mushrooms 1 8oz. Package of cream cheese (cut into cubes) 3 tablespoons of butter salt to taste Cook spinach & mushrooms over medium heat until soft. Take off heat and mix with cream cheese. Place filling in the middle of the puff pastry and roll both sides up. Place on a sheet pan, with the rolled sides down. Egg wash (1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water) the strudel. Bake at 350 Degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
