Wake-Up Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seasoned croutons
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sautéed
  • 1 pound bulk country fresh sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion, sautéed
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Scoop into individual greased ramekins. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes. Can be made the night before and baked in the morning or frozen.
