Wake-Up Casserole

seasoned croutons

shredded Cheddar cheese

fresh mushrooms, sautéed

1 pound
bulk country fresh sausage, crumbled

1/2 cup
chopped onion, sautéed

eggs

2 cups
milk

1/2 teaspoon
salt

1/2 teaspoon
pepper

1/2 teaspoon
dry mustard
Mix all ingredients together. Scoop into individual greased ramekins. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes. Can be made the night before and baked in the morning or frozen.
