Wake-Up Casserole

From
2 cups seasoned croutons
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sautéed
1 pound bulk country fresh sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped onion, sautéed
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Mix all ingredients together. Scoop into individual greased ramekins
Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes
Can be made the night before and baked in the morning or frozen
Serves 6-8
