Spray ½ cup sized corning ware ramekins with olive oil. Place one egg in each ramekin, keeping yoke intact. Pour into each ramekin 1 tablespoon half and half on top of egg. Sprinkle each dish with dash of cayenne, tarragon, paprika, marjoram, parsley, salt, pepper and chives. Top with 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese per ramekin, mild or sharp, depending on taste. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 14 minutes. Do not over bake.
