Cantaloupe Bowls

From GOLDEN EAGLE GUEST RANCH
1or 2 small Cantaloupes (well chilled)
3 Bananas
ΒΌ tsp nutmeg
Whipped cream (optional)

Slice Cantaloupe in half and remove seeds. Place each half on a plate. Slice bananas into cantaloupe halves, filling to overflowing. Sprinkle with nutmeg to taste. Top with tiny amount of whipped cream if desired.

Variations:
If the cantaloupes appear large, cut them into quarters instead of halves to create reasonable size portions as you wish. You can mix blueberries and bananas together for the filling. Serves 4. Very refreshing!
