Oven Omelet

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease a 9x11 casserole dish.

8 eggs

1 cup milk

2 cups shredded hash brown potatoes

1 8-oz package diced cooked ham

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar or colby cheese

In bowl, combine ingredients and pour into casserole dish.

Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
