Coconut-Pineapple Coffee Cake

1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 pkg blueberry muffin mix
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease square 9x9" pan.
2. Mix butter, sugar and coconut. Set aside.
3. Prepare muffin mix as directed on package, EXCEPT fold in pineapple. Pour into pan.
4. Spoon coconut mixture evenly over batter.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
