Melt butter in 11X17 in baking dish. Add brown sugar and syrup and spread evenly to cover the bottom of dish. Top with bananas, then Bread. Mix milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and almond extract and pour over bread - press bread to soak up egg mixture. Top with almonds or pecans. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve inverted with a dollop of ice cream sprinkled with cinnamon
