A refreshing change for breakfast.
Boil water and add barley. Simmer for 40-50 mins covered to stop water from evaporating too much. You can add a little more water if you like. Strain. Juice your lemons and oranges. Add honey to warm barley water and let cool. Then add juices. Store in fridge. Serve for breakfast instead of regular juice. Good for the complexion and refreshing too.
