1/2 lb. Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup flour
1 pint cottage cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs until they are light and fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and stir gently until well blended. Pour into a 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake for thirty minutes. For a variety try adding 1/2 lb. cooked bacon, chopped Canadian bacon, chopped ham or chopped fresh broccoli. This is a great dish to be creative with.
