Honey Brunch Mimosas

Ingredients

  • 1 6-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1/4 cup honey, warmed
  • 1 bottle (750 milliliters) dry champagne, chilled

Directions

Garnish: fresh strawberries

In large pitcher, combine lemonade concentrate and Grand Marnier. Add warmed honey and stir until dissolved. Just before serving, stir in champagne. Pour into individual champagne glasses and garnish with strawberries, if desired.
