The Night before Oven Omelet

4 to 6 slices bread

1 pound bulk sausage (we use spicy)

1 cup grated extra sharp Chedder cheese

     *         *        *        *         *

In bowl mix together

6 eggs

2 cups milk

season with salt and pepper

Place the bread slices in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish

Brown sausage in skillet and drain

Pour sausage over bread slices

Cover with cheese

Pour egg mixture over sausage and bread

Bake @ 350* for 30 minutes

Let stand five minutes

Best made night before
