11 ounces cream cheese, softened
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
Once everything is mixed you'll need
1 French baguette
1 cup crab dip (from above)
1 cup of shredded cheese (We prefer cheddar and jack)
1 clove minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to Broil (550 degrees)
Mix equal parts shredded cheese and crab dip (cold). Add garlic, salt, and pepper mix together.
Spoon onto sliced baguette and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
