Cinnamon Rolls

From CANYON VILLA BED AND BREAKFAST OF SEDONA

Cooking Time:

12 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup milk (heat briefly in micdrowave)
  • 3/8 cup water also heated
  • 4 T Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 3 t yeast
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 T Cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 to 3 T Butter Softened

Directions

MADE IN BREADMAKER, ON DOUGH SETTING
 
3/8 cup milk (heat briefly in micdrowave) 3/8 cup water also heated
4 T Butter
1 Egg
1 t Salt
1/3 cup sugar
3 cups bread flour
3 t yeast

Mix together
1/3 cup Brown sugar
1 T Cinnamon
2 1/2 to 3 T Butter Softened

When finished in the bread maker, roll out the dough, spread butter and cinnamon/sugar mixture then roll into two logs. cut each log into 10 pieces. Let roll rise in warm (not hot) place for 40 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for about 12 minutes or until golden brown!
