Preheat the over to 350 degrees. In a large pot add orange juice, Vermont maple syrup, and butter bring ingredients to a mild simmer for about 10 minutes. While sauce is simmering slice your bananas and place in a glass baking dish. Cover bananas with sauce and bake for 5-10 minutes until desired tenderness. Scoop bananas and sauce into individual dishes and top with Granola, sometimes I garnish with whip cream and cinnamon. Servers 12
