Pumpkin Muffins
From PRIMROSE HOUSE GIFT SHOP & GUEST COTTAGEYield:
2-3 dozenIngredients
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 3 Eggs
- 2 cups Pumpkin Puree
- 1 cup Oil
- 3 cups Sugar
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. Cloves
- 3/4 tsp. Nutmeg
Directions
350 Degrees: 30 to 35 minutes to yeild large 2 dozen muffins
20 mins to yield regular size 3 dozen.
Bundt Pan - 1 hour 15 mins at 350 degrees.
Two 9x5 bread loaf pans - 1 hour at 350 degrees
