Blueberry Buckwheat Buttermilk Pancake

Directions

Ingredients:

 

2 cup All purpose flour
2 cup Buckwheat flour
2 tsp of baking soda powder
salt and sugar leave alone
3 cup Buttermilk
1 cup half and half
4 egg yoks
4 egg whites
1 stick 8tsp unsalted butter melted

 

Directions:

 

Add wet and dry ingrdients until just mixed. If you mix too much your pancakes will not be light and fluffy. Coconut Oil for brushing griddleWhisk dry ingredients in large bowl with egg whites and milk mixture.
