Peach Granola Cobbler

From THE PARSONAGE INN
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup of sugar
2 eggs
3 cup of Granola
2 teaspoon of baking Powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of Half and Half
One 15 oz can peaches, drained and dices or Fresh peaches
One 8 ounces of Cream Cheese
1 teaspoon of Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract

Cream together oil, sugar, eggs and cream cheese
Mix together granola, baking powder, salt and Half and Half,
Add to the oil mixture
Line the bottom of round 8 inch glass pan with peaches
Cover with mixture
Sprinkle on top with a cinnamon sugar mix
Bake at 350 degree for 1/2 hour
Serve with a vanilla cream or Cream Frache
