Hash Brown Egg Bake

From PARKVIEW BED & BREAKFAST
1 lb. hash browns, thawed (about 4 cups)
2 c. milk
10-12 large eggs
½ c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp seasoning salt
pepper, paprika
May add broccoli, mushrooms, green pepper, ham, sautéed sausage, fresh herbs, etc.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into greased 9X13 greased pan. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Cut into squares. Serves 8 people.

Serve with salsa if desired.
