Poppy Seed BreadFrom THE OLDE MILL INN BED & BREAKFAST
So moist and you can't overbake!
- 1 yellow cake box mix with pudding
- 1 box butterscotch pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup cooking sherry, sparkling cider or wine
- .5 oz poppy seeds
Mix all together for 8 minutes on high.
Pour into greased cake, loaf, cupcake or whatever type of pan you wish.
Bake at 350 degrees until light brown and toothpick comes out clean.
Top wish carmel sauce or whatever your taste calls for. I like carmel sauce, fill the small bundt with a cream cheese jam mixture and top with fresh fruit.
