Lady Neptune Bed & Breakfast Cake

From
2 C. All Purpose Flour
2 Large Eggs
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Pinch of Salt
2 Tablespoons of Dark Rum
2 C. Sugar
2 Pinches Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Chopped Walnuts
2 Tbls. CoconutFlakes
2 C. of Raisins
6 Tablespoons of Butter (Melted)
1 C. of Warm Water & 1 Whopping Tablespoon of Sour Cream. (Brakestone's or Daisy's )

Step # 2
Beat Eggs Thoroughly Mix in dry Ingredient's Hand Mix with Large Spoon Let stand for 15 Min.. Mix again before pouring into Pan.

Step # 3
Grease & Flour Large Cake Pan (Mold Pan if You Choose ,the fruit will settle to the Bottom But look Delicious when you turn onto Cake Plate). Remember to Flour Rasins and Add last to keep them from Sinking to the Bottom.

Option: A Powdered Sugar, Lemon & Rum Drizzle is a Sure Delight to the Adult Palate.
