Dr Johns Creme Brulee French Toast

From MOUNTAIN VALLEY FARM BED & BREAKFAST

1 loaf french bread sliced 1 1/2 inch thick

8 eggs

1 cup real half and half

dash of salt

sugar to taste

cinnamon to taste

1 teaspoon good vanilla

Heat the griddle to very hot.  Place the coated bread slices on the griddle - they should sizzle a bit.  Brown and serve
