Ingredients:
8 slices white bread (cubed)
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
Beat eggs lightly; add milk, salt, pepper and cheese.
Put bread cubes in a 9" by 12" glass baking dish.
Pour mixture over bread cubes.
Refrigerate over night.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and cool slightly before cutting.
