Orange Oven French Toast

From MOUNTAIN TOP LODGE AT DAHLONEGA
Prep time: 10-15 minutes
Servings: 16 slices

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons grated orange peel (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
16 - one inch thick slices of frozen french bread

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, honey and 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon; mix well.
Pour mixture evenly into baking pan.
In medium bowl, slightly beat eggs. Add milk, orange juice, sugar, orange peel and salt; mix well.
Dip bread in egg mixture and place dipped slices onto margarine mixture in baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cinnamon over prepared slices.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through baking.
