Apple Quiche

From THE GROVE, THE INN ON HARLEE
1 Pie Crust unbaked
2 Apples, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups Whipping Cream
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Butter

Saute peeled and sliced apples in the butter and cinnamon until apples are tender, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together the whipping cream and eggs until well blended. Place apples in bottom of crust and cover with the cheese. Pour egg mixture over apples and cheese. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven about 35 minutes or until set. Let cool about five minutes before slicing and serving.
