Honey Lime Fresh Fruit Cocktail

Makes 4-6 servings


  •   Blueberries
  •   Strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Peach
  • 2 Slices Cantaloupe
  •   Grapes (seedless)


Other fruits that work well based on what's in season: Pineapple, kiwi, pears, plums, apricots, clementine oranges

Slice fruit into bite size pieces (we also halve our grapes lengthwise); exception: blueberries
Place fruit into individual ramekins or into a medium sized bowl
In a small bowl, mix honey and lime juice well
Drizzle honey lime liquid onto fruit if in ramekins; stir in if using a medium sized bowl
