McCaffrey House Italian Eggs

425 degree oven

Non-Stick Spray
3 Tablespoons Monterey Jack cheese
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons of Traditional Marinara Sauce
2 Tablespoons heavy cream
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
1 leaf of Basil

In a 1-1/4 cup Ramekin spray with Pam and sprinkle bottom of ramekin with 1 ½ Tablespoons of Monterey Jack cheese. Crack 2 eggs on top of the cheese. Cover eggs with Marinara and then the heavy cream. Sprinkle eggs with the remaining Monterey Jack cheese and top with Parmesan Cheese. Place the ramekins on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Just multiply the ingredients to add servings by number of Ramekins.
It is very easy to line up the ramekins and make 2 – 16 dishes very quickly.
