Iceberg Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

From MACARTHUR PLACE - SONOMA'S HISTORIC INN & SPA
1 head crisp iceberg lettuce, cut into 8 pieces

Blue Cheese Dressing

1 cup buttermilk
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pound blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients well and chill.

Place 4 ounces of the dressing in the center of a well-chilled plate. Top with 2 small wedges of lettuce and serve immediately.
