Saute in butter: 1/2 large onion, chopped Add garlic Add small can mushroom pieces, chopped Place in sprayed 9x13 pan Whisk 12 eggs with 1/2 tsp. Baking powder Pour over veggies 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese over eggs Pour 1 1/2 cup whipping cream over cheese Sprinkle with parsley flakes Sprinkle with sharp cheddar - grated or shredded Cover and refrigerate overnight In morning, uncover Bake 350 1 hour - until golden (more or less) Serves 12
11x7 glass dish - 10 eggs - 8 guests
