Double Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookies

From THE LAUREL OAK INN
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F

1/2 c. Softened Unsalted Butter
1/2 c. Granulated Sugar
1/2 c. Light Brown Sugar       Cream together thoroughly
1 Large Egg
1 t. Vanilla

1 1/2 c. Unbleached Flour
1/4 c. Cocoa
1/2 t. Baking Soda         Sift or mix together thoroughly
1/2 t. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Salt

1/2 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Nestles)         Fold into above mixture
1/2 c. Bitter-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Ghirardelli)

Bake for 10 - 12 minutes on Silpat covered sheets. Cool 5 - 10 minutes before handling.
