Basic Breakfast Pancake...

4 servings

2 eggs lightly beaten

1 cup Sour Cream

1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

dash nutmeg

dash salt

mix eggs with sour cream

mix flour, baking soda, salt and nutmeg and add to the egg mixture....

add bluberries if you like and mix and pour onto heated griddle.....cook until the edges firm a little and bubbles in the middle......flip and cook on the other side for about 3 more minutes.....serve with pure maple syrup......yum!
