Jen's Blueberry Stuffed French Toast

From INN THE GARDENS BED & BREAKFAST

12 slices of bread broken into pieces
1 cup blueberries
12 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 cups milk

Arrange 1/2 of the bread in a buttered 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Add blueberries, then the remainder of the bread. In a bowl, mix eggs, syrup milk and pour over bread mixture. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees, then remove foil and bake for an addtional 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.

*For a richer taste, add 8 ounces of cream cheese in between the two layers of bread.
