Blueberry Baked Stuffed French Toast

A great breakfast to serve your guests. Easy to make the day before, just refrigerate, pop in oven the next morning and serve.

Directions

 

Cube bread (Ask your baker to do it) . Coat bottom of 8x12 pan. Put layer of cubed bread, then dollop cream cheese evenly on top of bread, then fruit, then layer of remaining bread. Bread must cover cream cheese and fruit. Mix half and half, eggs, melted butter, and maple syrup well with whip. Pour over the casserole and using your hands push down so all liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with cinnamon and cover and refrigerate. Bake the following day in 375' oven for 45-60 min till crisp on top.

Serve with fresh maple syrup, blueberry sauce or powdered sugar on top.
