Sweet Potato PieFrom IDYLL TIME FARM, COTTAGE & STABLING
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or ground cloves
1 cup sugar
1 cup sweet potato pulp (cooked)
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, salt, spice & milk. Add butter to potato pulp. Pour into pastry pie crust. Bake in hot oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 30-40 minutes. Cover crust with foil for the first 30 minutes of baking.
