Baked Pineapple
From THE HUNTER ROAD STAGECOACH STOP BED & BREAKFAST1 Fresh medium Pineapple 1/2 cup brown sugar Tobasco sauce |
Remove the rind and eyes from pineapple. Cut the fruit into quarters lengthwise and remove the cored from each wedge. Cut each quarter in half lengthwise. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp sugar and a couple drops of tobasco on each slice. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 30 mins in preheated oven. (Serve warm). |
