Sausage and Pineapple

One of the easiest breakfast recipes I have, compliments of Margie, my sister-in-law, is this sausage/pineapple recipe.

It is always a hit, adds a touch of interest, and is so simple to prepare. Serve it in a silver chaffing dish with a few sprigs of fresh mint or parsley and your guests will be delighted!

1 pkg cocktail sausage
1 any size can pineapple chunks
Combine ingredients in saucepan and heat over medium heat. Bring to a boil; lower the heat and simmer 3 minutes. Serve hot.
