Savory Breakfast Sausage Loaf

From

1 lb ground pork or chicken
1 medium Granny Smith apple – grated
1 medium onion – grated
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
2 large eggs

Parsley, thyme and rosemary

Mix all ingredients and place in two loaf pans. Sprinkle tops with Parsley, thyme and rosemary. Bake at 350* for 50 – 60 minutes until browned. Slice and serve. Good warm or cold.
