Yield:8 to 12 servings
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 - 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 - 1/2 cups shredded sharp Chedder chesse
- 6 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 package English muffins
Place the capers between two sheets of waxed paper and mash. In a medium bowl mix the mayonnaise and cheese. Add the onions and capers and stir well. Preheat the broiler.
Quater the English muffins and spread with the cheese mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Broil 3 minutes or until bubbly.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
