1 cup soft butter 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 3 cups rolled oats 1 cup raisins Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs & vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda & salt. Stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in the oats and raisins. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool for five minutes before removing. |
