Raspberry Crumb Cake

Directions

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs (added 1 at a time)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup of sour cream
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Cream the butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs 1 at a time and vanilla, almond extract and sour cream, and mix. Now add the flour, baking soda and salt. Place mixture in a 9” greased round pan, and spread 2 cups of raspberries or blueberries on top. Mix 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup of nuts, together to make the topping. Pour over the top of the berries. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes. Let cool before serving.
